My Peanut Butter Lover Protein Shake
1 scoop peanut butter protein powder (vanilla will also work)
1 TB natural peanut butter (I use PB2 for this recipe)
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 banana (preferably frozen)
3-5 ice cubes
Blend and enjoy! =)

This is exactly how I make my pb protein shakes and they’re so good! I haven’t had a real pb shake in a while but I swear this comes close.

This Thanksgiving you can forget the apple pie with this incredibly delicious treat! All the cinnamon sugar mix in the middle melts down and soaks throughout the apple as it cooks making it moist and amazingly good. This is one of those recipes that tastes amazing and just happens to be good for you! You could also try adding nuts or dried fruits to the filling (golden raisins are my favorite), I topped half of mine with 1/2 teaspoon chopped pecans.

You can make a few of these as a holiday treat or make one individually for an anytime snack! Here’s the recipe for just one!

  • 1 large apple
  • 1/2 teaspoon Land o Lakes Light Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Truvia for baking
  • 1 teaspoon packed brown sugar
  • dash of nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions stay the same!
